 Cap was the last for the day, when the blue and red markers were severely dry, so I tried to use that to create a blur effect on his throwing arm and spinning shield.

Fair Weather Sketches (Day 3)

We were swamped at the County Fair today. It got to the point were we had to have people sign up for what they wanted and come back later. If Sean and Jason from the Michigan Comics Collective hadn't come to help bail me out of the excess workload I doubt I'd have gotten out of their alive.
